White enamel for undercoat - PR 120 BB

Composed of Frit.

For glazed tiles on the bisqueware.

Then apply a thin layer of transparent enamel.

The firing temperature varies between 960-1000ºC.

Baking range 960° C - 1000° C
Expansion coefficient 25-300°C: 70

Enamel / water mixture: 100 / 70

You can use MONOCOLL liquid glue to increase the adhesion of the glazes on the ceramic substrate.

Use MONOCOLL II between 1 and 3% (easier to dose in small quantities of glaze) or MONOCOLL III at 1% (ideal for preparation of 10 to 25 kg of glaze)
