Transparent glaze - PR 47

Composed of Frit.

Shiny transparent enamel with a high amount of calcium.

Recommended as a base for producing colored enamels with coloring oxides compounds based on calcium, such as for example the base of (Cr, Sn, Ca).

Rutile base when looking for a lead enamel with a high melting viscosity which must be used at a temperature above 1000º C.

The firing temperature varies between 980-1050ºC.

Perfectly blends red, black and ceramic stains.

Transparent shiny plummeting glaze with a high amount of calcium.

Recommended as a base to elaborate colored glazes with calcium-based compound coloring oxides, such as (Cr, Sn, Ca) base.

Rutile base when you are looking for a plummeting glaze with a high viscosity of fusion that must be used at a temperature higher than 1000º C.
Tips :

Firing range 980° C - 1050° C
