CATALYTIC HOOD FOR SMOKE TREATMENT

Catalytic hood to be installed above the dewaxing ovens (range from 7 to 45 liters)

The catalytic hood burns the fumes from the dewaxing process (wax residues in the moulds).

Maximum temperature 850°C programmable

Delivered with a control system independent of the dewaxing oven.

Note: Catalysis furnace adapted to the dewaxing furnace.

The dewaxing oven coupled to the catalytic oven can also be used to clean plastic injection nozzles for injection molding machines for example.
