Oven construction entirely in stainless steel with grooved bricks NOT cemented, to avoid any risk of cracks.
Equipped with an ATR 902 plug-in electronic control with delayed start-up, 15 programmable curves with 20 segments each.

Constant temperature display, automatic restart in case of power failure. Safety system by electrical power failure in case of exceeding the maximum temperature.
